Tonight's episode is Eggtown:
Kate's need to get information from the hostage could jeopardize her standing with both Locke and Sawyer.

The gist:
- Kate ran off the island with Claire's baby, Aaron. But I think it was only to protect him.
- Jack still loves Kate, but he is afraid to see her because for some reason he doesn't want to see Aaron.
-Kate gets out of jail and put on 10 years probation -- she can't leave the state. But, something tells me she's going to want to go back to the island someday...
-Sawyer loves Kate and actually helped her get to Miles, even though it seemed like he was betraying her.
-As we have already seen, Miles is a con-artist. He is after Ben, but will accept payment to, in turn, say Ben is dead. Miles works for a guy and some division, which I still think is Dharma...

I think Jack doesn't want to see Aaron . . . because of the "story" they are telling about the crash. Kate said, when they were standing by the taxi, that he has "told the story so many times [he is] starting to believe it." So seeing Aaron would force him to realize it isn't true.
If the theory we just read is true, then Christian is one of the Oceanic 6. If it is 6 + 1, then the +1 could be either Aaron OR Christian. Hmmmm.
Also . . . maybe Jack starts his downward decline because he does go and see Aaron. That forces him to face reality, and he grows the beard and drinks lots and starts with the painkillers.
